Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (medical and diagnostic tests), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is not a perishable item or hygiene-sensitive product that has been opened

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (where possible)

We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
